SWIM TEAM
The Stingrays is a comprehensive competitive summer/fall/winter
swim program for children ages 6 to 18 designed to help children
to develop competitive swimming skills. The swim team focuses
on developing the swimmer's technical abilities while building
self-esteem, team values and fitness knowledge.
CHILD CARE
Preschool Programs, Malta Child Care Center, and Other Before/After School
Care.
FAMILY
New moms, family exercise, and playgroup.
TEEN
Leader's club, teen center, Saturday night klub, youth & government, the
debate and more.
YOUTH
Family fun night, roc-n-tots, micro sports, play & splash and more.
SILVER SNEAKERS ®
SilverSneakers® is the nation’s leading exercise program
designed exclusively for older adults and is offered through
Healthways. Healthyways partners with various insurance
programs to offer the SilverSneakers® at various locations.
SilverSneakers® offers physical activity, health education and
social events for people who are Medicare eligible and Group
Retiree members.
SilverSneakers® Program Members have a complimentary
membership with access to all of the Saratoga Regional YMCA branches. The following insurance plans are partnered with Healthways and are therefore accepted by the Saratoga Regional YMCA: CDPHP Medicare HMO and PPO, Secure Horizons by United Helathcare, Humana, MVP Gold and MVP Preferred Gold, Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Wellcare.
